ok ive finally made it back, after what felt like an hour, and now im softlocked again... Its to the right of the first jellyfish...
Also the camera movement makes it, so you dont really know where to go, so you just have to swing yourself agaisnt the ceiling until u hit the right place...

I just got softlocked after swinging 5cm for 30 minutes...
